We do have odd hours - so if
you contact us please be patient we answer all emails - e
mails are the best way to contact us - All E mails are answered
within 24 hours excluding weekends, BREAKS & holidays - be sure you do
not have an e mail filter on - and ck your spam folder /
junk mail as MANY times this is where our replies may go to -
depends on how your system is set up - when you e mail us you
MUST include order number and use the e mail address order
was placed under with correct name - we get 1,000's of e mails
and without proper info we can not answer your e mail correctly

I am inquiring on my order - no name - no order number & the e
mail they sent from was not e mail address used to order from )
We know your order is important - time frame varies on order & season - during
peek time orders can take longer - if you have a time sensitive order you MUST
notify us immediately to assure you will receive in time - send an e mail and
let us know -
